Behavioral Design

People are only interested in using the product/service after a usability evaluation. So when they receive a new product/service, they carefully consider its quality and usability and decide whether to wear it or not.

Reflective Design 

When a person receives a design, they consciously evaluate its usefulness and performance and compare the value they have already spent on a similar product/service. It also captures users' thought processes and instills a sense of pride beyond the product. You can apply four pleasures to an emotional project: 

1. Psychopleasure is related to the satisfaction one feels from completing a task. These are cognitive requirements related to the use of the product/service. People are guided by emotions, although we always talk about logic. Our perception and learning are not entirely logical.Emotions play a key role in making quick decisions. Our learning and interpretations encounter emotional overlay rather than logical understanding. This is the basis of emotional design. When someone feels that your project is a personal extension of their aesthetic and experience, they will be willing to use your products/services.
